Last night i dreamt a strange, peculiar dreamAnoche soñé un sueño extraño y peculiar

A child slept underneath the great birds wingUn niño dormía bajo el ala de un gran pájaro

Laid on the ground, where warmth was foundAcostado en el suelo, donde encontró calor

Until he woke and pulled away on hands and kneesHasta que se despertó y se alejó gateando

Flying in my dreamVolando en mi sueño

A snake told stories to the child untrueUna serpiente contaba historias al niño que no eran ciertas

The child bent down and felt it's poison toothEl niño se inclinó y sintió el veneno de sus dientes

Started to die, the bird did flyEmpezó a morir, el pájaro voló

Swallowed the snake to save the child and then he diedSe tragó a la serpiente para salvar al niño y luego él murió

Stared at the ceiling, pondered it's meaningMiré el techo, reflexioné sobre su significado
